As-seen-on-tv-store items are coming from China and take weeks to get here.
The item we ordered was not what was advertised. The brand was not Turbo Pump, as we wanted.
There were no instructions, and the items are so very flimsy. I have contacted them several times for my money back (100% Satisfaction advertised) and have yet to receive a response.

Resolved: Order no 0R0000785 missing table support legs missing please complete my order
No support for glass table, order no. 0R0000785.
The leg supports needed to complete the table were not included in the delivery, so the table cannot be used. It's pointless.
Preferred solution: My table support legs so i can use my garden furniture

Main component to put batteries in will not open
Not advertise how easy it is to get the replacement pads when u need them and any other replacement parts at all times..then after alot of $ send out a junk product
and disconnect ur number so no one can even contact u!!!
