I placed an order for Snap on Smile Upper & Lower Teeth × 1 and when i got the order it was only one set of teeth...and theres no directions on how to use them so i don't know it its the upper pair or lower pair i ordered....when i emailed them with this information i got a response from a (Brian Allen) with the response: "Our records show your package was delivered. You need to contact your local post office with this information." the only problem i have with his response is this is not a post office mistake....its a mistake from the place that i ordered it from!

Reason of review: Not as described.

Monetary Loss: $22.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Response brian allen in customer service.
