First off you could not get customer service to answer there call, second your automated ordering machine is stupid and confusing and does not repair or tell you what you ordered.

I ordered copper infused mask can't talk to anyone

I ordered these mask last week they said 5-7 days I have not received them and no matter what # I call they all say the same thing. It's a machine saying the same thing and they give you a customer # and it's a machine saying the same thing. I am pissed off. I can't give an order # because I didn't get one.

I bought the EpiSmooth Hair Remover from the As Seen On TV store, located inside The Marley Station Mall (Address : 7900 Ritchie Hwy, Glen Burnie, Maryland 21061). I believe the purchase was made on November 8Th, 2019.

The EpiSmooth Hair Remover did not remove any hair from any areas of my body, yet the box says it "Removes Hair At The Root ".

The product didn't do anything at all.

I brought in my receipts along with the EpiSmooth in it's box, with the instructions and all else that it came with. I showed the clerk at the front desk my receipts and the EpiSmooth, and explained I wanted a refund because the product didn't work. He looked at my receipts and told me that none of them were from the EpiSmooth. He then told me he couldn't issue me a refund, or even an exchange or store credit.

I keep ALL receipts, so either the store clerk didn't provide me with a receipt upon my purchase, or he's mistaken, and the receipt I presented him is actually valid.

This is in NO WAY my fault, and I want a complete refund.

According to the box the EpiSmooth came in, the price is listed on a sticker that says "$10.99". One of my receipts SAYS $10.99.

The receipt states that there will be no refund or exchange after a week of any purchases, however, I came in promptly a day or two after purchasing the EpiSmooth to get a refund. I even tried calling Customer Service, but I cannot get a live person on the phone. Whatever options were presented to me during that phone call deemed unhelpful.

There's one more contact number for your business, and it is not in service.

PLEASE RESPOND ASAP AND RESOLVE THIS ISSUE. THE ERROR IS NOT ON MY BEHALF AND I DESERVE A FULL REFUND.

I received this item as a gift for my birthday, Was excited to try it. I used it in the shower, first time, the suction cup did not hold and it fell down and the handle broke. Attachments do not stay on.

Contact numbers

I cant get anyone to talk to. I just keep getting sent to another recording of something that I have no interest in. I am trying to track my order. When I put my correct information in, I keep getting an answer in red type saying they have no record of it. I did get a confirmation on my order, but never a message that it had been sent. I was promised a 3 to 7 day delivery and have heard nothing. Today is the 7th day. If it has not been sent, let me know so that I can order it somewhere else. Me Email is Mitzi.c@***.com thank you

Tracking a order

Ordered my package a month ago & have yet to receive any kind of tracking email that its on the way. I got a message from this company saying that my package was not in stock at the time. (AFTER I CALLED THEM MYSELF TO SEE WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH MY PACKAGE) They said it would be back last week & I still have gotten NO tracking number.
