I have been trying to contact Best As Seen On Tv for months. I placed my first order in November. When I check My Account it says my orders have been shipped. My credit card has been charged. I've called the ph # 1-610-450-4550 only to get an answering mach. & no response". I've email them, no response/. The Live Chat is never on line, so I use the email, no response?. Iclicked on the authentic, secure, insured logo & my email wouldn't go thru?. I got an error: sorry your message can not be delivered'. Has anyone had this problem?
