Wanted to buy my daughter the cake pop kit on the as seen on tv website. I was ordering and the site offered other bonus products and i said yes thinking that i ciuld see my order total before authorizing the charges. Well, after i was selected expedited shipping i got a thank you for your order page with a total of 118.00!!!! I immediatly called the customer service number and was told i had to wait two days before i could cancel the order!! Now my money will be tied up for atleast a week!! They really need to get with the times and have a cart that you can edit and CONFIRM your order before it is placed. Buy your products at the store or even ebay. I learned my lesson. 128a27e

It is designed with the intent of decieving the customers! Stay away from the as-seen-on-tv sites. Not saying naything about their products but their ordering procedures are deceptive and dishonest. Wait until its avaliable in stores. |

I immediatly reported my card stolen and denied ever confirming the charges becuz i read other stories about the company pushing the charge through months after they supossedly canceled the order. It has been 30 days since this happened and so far i havent been charged. I figured my money was gonna get tied up so i might as well put a stop to it with a new card with a new number to avoid any hassles later. I hope this helps. |

Have received no help from customer service, they tell me the order hasn't been transfer to them yet, I will need to call back. I have tried 5 times and keep getting the same runaround. |
