I ordered a securitybar w alarm to secure my back door and add the alarm at the top of device so my home would be safer. I got an inoperable piece of junk instead. I tried to return it through the postal serice but a no go because as seen on tv guys refused my return. It cost me 20 dollars plusshipping to recieve and 10 dollars to ship back. They know you won't return again cuz your losing money. I hate this company it reminds me why i trust very little on the internet regarding sales transactions. They should be stopped they literally sell the junk of the world. 128a1ac
